The vote was 4-0 with Mayor James Maness absent. Second reading is scheduled for the BOC’s June 9 meeting. The May 19 meeting has been cancelled. The project, known as Tillman Place, is on the north side of Central Pike and to the west of Pleasant Grove Road.
