Juliet Police Officer Reese Harper and his K9 partner, Aksel were involved in a crash while responding to an emergency on Wednesday afternoon. Aksel sustained a serious leg injury in the car crash around 4:40 p.m. at N. Mt. Juliet Road and Old Lebanon Dirt Road.
