RACINE, Wis. -- A 15-year-old from Caledonia is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the stabbing death of his mother. Reed Gelinskey, 15, is being charged as an adult after prosecutors say he planned to kill both his parents and was inspired by a recent documentary about the Menendez brothers. Gelinskey made his first court appearance Thursday afternoon over Zoom, where the court commissioner set a $1 million cash bond.

GLENDALE, Wis. — The Glendale Police Department is asking for help locating a missing 62-year-old man believed to have dementia or another cognitive impairment. Police said Timothy Lawson, 62, left his assisted living facility around 9 a.m. on March 2, 2025, stating he was going to Pick 'n Save at 1735 W. Silver Spring Dr.Timothy is allowed to sign himself out of the facility but was supposed to return the same night, according to police.

OAK CREEK, Wis. — The Oak Creek Police Department is asking for help locating a missing, endangered teen girl. Police said Lillian R. Asala, 13, was last seen March 1 at 4:07 p.m. in the 7300 block of S. Lenox Avenue. She reportedly said she needed fresh air and left the house on foot without any belongings. She has not been seen since. Lillian's last known location was at the Skate Park at Abendschein Park, 1311 E.
