COFFEE CITY, Texas (KLTV) - Friday marks one year since an EF1 tornado ravaged the Lake Palestine Resort. “We’ve gotten a lot accomplished,” said the resort’s general manager Micah Wolfe. “We didn’t know a couple of weeks after if we would even get to this point, so we are thankful for we are at.”The storm, which had winds over 100 miles an hour, destroyed RVs and all three boathouses. They’ve since rebuilt one. “It’s just chaos everywhere, and we went into rescue mode,” said Wolfe.
