    UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Back in January, John Carroll University’s radio station, WJCU 88.7 FM, was named Station of the Year by the International Student Broadcasting Championship (ISBC), making it the world’s top college radio station. On Monday (April 14), it was time to celebrate that accomplishment. It was on Monday that representatives from the ISBC arrived in University Heights from Australia to present the station with its Station of the Year trophy and banner.
