Siemens stepped into the role this month, according to her LinkedIn profile. Christopher Fuller most recently held the chief communications officer title at Inspire Brands. He departed the company after 11 years at the end of 2024, according to his LinkedIn profile.

NEW YORK: Average billing rates have increased by 7% in 2025 across all roles in integrated PR agencies, according to PR Council’s 2025 U.S. Labor Billing Rate Report, with PR roles seeing some of the largest increases. The organization’s bi-annual study analyzed data from 152 PR Council member firm offices from 73 agencies, including 18,000 rates currently in use with clients.
