NEW YORK: Biometric identity-verification company Clear has hired Tyler Bugg as director of communications, effective on Monday. Bugg will be responsible for developing and executing Clear’s communications strategy with a focus on media relations, corporate and consumer comms and reputation and crisis management, he said. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention opened an investigation linked to meats sliced at delis, identifying traceback data showing a listeria contamination tied to Boar’s Head Strassburger Brand Liverwurst.
