SAN JOSE, Calif. - The Who is finally calling it quits. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame act has announced dates for The Song Is Over, its North American farewell tour. In Northern California, the tour (named after the Who's classic 1971 song) touches down Sept. 21 at Shoreline Amphitheatre at Mountain View. Down south, the group - featuring vocalist Roger Daltrey and guitarist Pete Townshend - performs Sept. 17 and 19 at the Hollywood Bowl.

OK, here’s one that we’ve most certainly been waiting for:Lorde, the amazing alt-pop icon who stands as one of the most compelling live performers in the music industry, has announced her Ultrasound tour. And, thankfully, the trek includes a stop in the Bay Area. Lorde performs Oct. 19 at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley. Lorde also as an Oct. 18 date at the Kia Forum in the Los Angeles area. Lorde tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. May 16, https://www.lorde.co.nz/tour.
