Residents in the low-lying areas of Chipping Norton were ordered to evacuate last night and those around the Hawkesbury River are bracing for flooding to come as Warragamba Dam spills over. Several bridges along the Hawkesbury are already underwater, with the Windsor Bridge likely to also be closed this afternoon.
