(ADAMS) – On Thursday, April 24, 2025, Fort Wayne Trails, Inc. will be presenting Mayor Sharon Tucker and the City of Fort Wayne a check for $157,000 to support the final segment of the Hanna Street Trail from Wallace to Berry streets. The completion of this .75 mile section of trail will create a continuous connection from Tillman Park to Downtown Fort Wayne. The total length of the Hanna Street Trail measures just over 4.5 miles.

House Bill 1041 includes wording that would make sleeping on public property a Class C misdemeanor, which could lead to 60 days in jail or a $50 fine for those convicted of the offense.
