Fresh off appearing with Olivia Rodrigo at New York’s Governors Ball, former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne announced that his “Who Is the Sky Tour” on Sept. 19 will play Akron Civic Theatre. Known for its genre-blending sound, indie-rock hits and improvisational live performances, the Connecticut-based rock quintet has booked not one but two shows — June 19 and 20 — at Cleveland’s Jacobs Pavilion. Perhaps surprisingly, the popular touring act’s current itinerary doesn’t include many two-night stays. “There’s a lot of history with Goose in Ohio,” said singer and multi-instrumentalist Peter Anspach, calling from Bethel, Connecticut.
