Teague launched the suit in July.

Timothy Allen Wilson, 50, was initially charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death, a Level 1 felony, as well as a mix of six other felony and misdemeanor counts stemming from the death of 13-day-old Wade William Wilson on June 8, 2022.
