Adult meals are available for purchase at $3.50. HENDERSON — Henderson County Schools will start free summer meals for kids Wednesday. According to the HCS Nutrition Department, the summer program is in place to make sure every kid continues to get nutritious meals even when school is out.

The SUN Meals program will be available at Chandler and Oakdale Elementary Schools. Sun Meals To-Go program will take place at Boonville Middle School, Tennyson Elementary and Lynnville Elementary. As the end of the school year approaches, Warrick County schools are gearing up to continue making sure students are fed throughout the summer. The Warrick County School Corp. Nutrition Department announced its plans for eat-in style meals, as well as a grab-and-go program this summer.
