    HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An Evansville man accused of physically abusing a juvenile and pointing a gun at the the head of a juvenile was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Thursday. Eric Scott entered an agreement to plead guilty on April 30 to the charges of three counts of domestic battery and one count of intimidation. A juvenile reportedly told authorities that Scott was physically abusive on multiple occasions. Scott was also accused of holding a gun to the head of a juvenile.

John Stephenson was convicted of murdering Jay and Kathy Tyler and Brandy Southard after chasing them in a vehicle to an intersection in Warrick County.
