More arrests have been made after a daycare center was ordered to be shut down when it was discovered that a worker was illegally giving Benadryl to children. The first news of the investigation came on March 10 when MCSO arrested Kendasja Hughley for allegedly dosing children with Benadryl. MCSO says her students are about two and a half years old and no one under the age of six should be given the allergy relief drug without a doctor's supervision or in the case of an emergency.

The brothers of Laken Riley's murderer, Jose Antonio Ibarra, have been sentenced to prison along with another Venezuelan woman for holding fake green cards. (WGXA) — The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is warning people of a new scam tactic where scammers impersonate toll collection services. According to BBB, scammers are taking advantage of modern tolling systems by texting victims from what appears to be a state tollway collection service. The text notifies the recipient that they owe a road toll fee and they'll need to pay it immediately to avoid an additional late fee.

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) — The Baldwin County School District (BCSD) has been selected as a recipient of a $2 million grant from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that will aid in the purchase of six new electric school buses for the district. According to BCSD, the Clean School Bus Program grant from the EPA aims to improve air quality, reduce emissions and provide healthier environments for students.
