DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (WEVV) — Families and community members gathered at the city park for a candlelight vigil to mark this tragic anniversary. It’s been three years since the night of December 10, 2021, when powerful tornadoes swept through Dawson Springs, leaving a path of destruction and heartbreak in their wake. Seventy-five percent of the town was reduced to rubble, and 19 lives were tragically lost.
