An American comedian, actress and talk show host who said she has moved to Ireland for political reasons has now officially parted with her Manhattan penthouse, city records show. Rosie O'Donnell, who had her own syndicated daytime talk show, The Rosie O'Donnell Show, before serving as a host on The View for several years, has sold her condo in Turtle Bay for $4.8 million, according to a deed that appeared in the city register Wednesday.
