Lose-Morgan who has served the last year as the county’s court administrator, was hired as an ADA earlier this year.     CLEARFIELD – During sentencing court on Monday, a DuBois man pleaded guilty to raping a teen boy over a period of time. Eugene L. Rugh, Jr., 69, was sentenced by President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman to serve six to 12 years in state prison with three years consecutive probation for two counts of rape and three counts of corruption of minors. He must complete sex offender counseling and have no unsupervised contact with any male under the age of 18.

    CLEARFIELD – A Morrisdale man will be spending time in state prison for assaulting two state troopers in December. Keatin Jarrid Gaines, 36, was sentenced to serve 11.5 months to three years for two felony counts of aggravated assault by President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman during sentencing court Monday.  The charges stem from an incident on Dec. 11 at 2:01 a.m. in Graham Township after Gaines, who lived in a camper in the driveway of a family member, entered the home.

    CLEARFIELD – A Hyde man who created child pornography for an individual he believed was a woman, pleaded guilty Monday. Shain Thomas Andrew McCreadie, 28, was sentenced by President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman to serve 24 months to 4.5 years in state prison for two felony counts of photograph/video/depict on computer sex act. He was ordered to complete sex offender counseling.
