South Williamsport, Pa. — The search continues today for a missing girl last seen in the Susquehanna River Sunday morning. A boat and crew slowly scanned the river just above the Hepburn Dam Monday morning, as fire officials and South Williamsport Mayor Marlin Angelo watched nearby. They're looking for 10-year-old Claue Schreffler Algofera, who was one of three children caught in the rushing water above the dam yesterday morning.

Jersey Shore, Pa. — A woman who was suffering a schizophrenic episode when she crashed her car and killed a man is now facing murder charges. Kari Lisa Greenaway, 53, drove onto the off-ramp of Route 220 in Porter Township in February and continued driving the wrong way until her Mercedes Benz SUV collided nearly head-on with another driver, police say.

Work days that last until midnight are eased by the legion of shoppers looking for chocolate bunnies, candy eggs, and caramel treats.

Williamsport, Pa. — A former high school principal acquitted of sexual assault charges last week will not immediately return to his job, pending a review by the school district. Roger Freed was found not guilty of 26 charges stemming from a relationship with a former student. The four-day trial concluded late Thursday when the jury returned a verdict clearing the former administrator of all charges. Freed was not fired during the years-long investigation, but instead was suspended with pay.
