Williamsport, Pa. — For nearly 20 years, William Lang has been adding a touch of sweetness to downtown Williamsport at his chocolate shop on Pine Street. Work days that last until midnight are eased by the legion of shoppers looking for chocolate bunnies, candy eggs, and caramel treats.
