    MACON, Ga. — A 60-year-old man died in a crash on Hawkinsville Road after his minibike collided with an  SUV, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones. It happened just after 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday morning at the intersection of Avondale Circle in South Bibb. Jones says the man was driving a minibike that was not street legal and didn’t notice any lights on it.

    WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — A 39-year-old woman was shot and killed overnight in Warner Robins, according to a release from Warner Robins Police Department. Officers responded to a domestic violence call with shots fired at a home on Willis Creek Road just after midnight. When they arrived, they found Falon Graham with a pair of gunshot wounds to the stomach. She was taken to a local hospital, where she later died. 43-year-old Antonio Mendy was taken into custody.

    BALDWIN COUNTY, Ga. — A fire broke out at Milledgeville probation office, according to a Facebook post from Baldwin County Fire Rescue. The post says that with the help of the Milledgeville Fire Department, they are battling a commercial structure fire at the JAG Probation building on 185A Roberson Mill Road Northeast. They asked that people avoid the area if possible. It is unclear at this time if there are any injuries or if the fire has been put out.

    WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — The Warner Robins Police Department is asking for help in finding a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that happened on April 25, according to a post on their Facebook page. A pedestrian was hit while walking on Myrtle Street between Duke Avenue and Green Street when a vehicle hit the person, breaking both of their legs. The victim believes the vehicle was a silver Honda sedan, and they did not stop. The damage to the sedan should be minor, the release says.

    BOLINGBROKE, Ga. — After an open house meeting on Monday, Monroe County’s Community Development Department has made the decision to push back the next public hearing about a proposed data center possibly coming to Bolingbroke. This is according to an announcement on the department’s Facebook page. The next hearing was originally scheduled for April 28 at Forsyth City Hall. That meeting will now take place on July 28 at 5:30 p.m. followed by a second meeting on August 5.
