LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Daniel Palomo Jr. pleaded guilty to two aggravated assault cases. His plea deal follows a mistrial in one of the cases earlier this year. It was an emotional day at the 111th District Court on Monday morning, April 7, when Palomo entered a guilty plea for two offenses: one for attacking a man at a gas station in 2018 and another for assaulting a different individual at a house party in December 2024.

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A man pleaded guilty Monday morning, April 7, to two assault cases — one from 2018 and another from 2024. The victims spoke in court before the judge gave his sentence. One victim said he still suffers from the 2018 attack. “I never understood why you lashed out on me,” he told Palomo Jr.Palomo Jr. had also been arrested in 2020 for possession of marijuana, but that case was dropped. Judge Oscar Johnson gave Palomo Jr. five years of probation.
