BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - The WKU Lady Toppers have announced the commitment of Kentucky native Trinity Rowe for the 2025-26 season. Rowe is a rising sophomore transferring from Southern Mississippi. Rowe is the first addition from the transfer portal head coach Greg Collins has added this offseason. Rowe was the Sun Belt Freshman of the Year in 2024-25 and was named Kentucky Miss Basketball in 2024 at the conclusion of her career at Pikeville High School.

The event, which was free for fans to attend, saw the Hilltopper offense face off against the defense in a series of drives. No score or stats were kept for the Red & White Spring Showcase. ”I thought it was a good competition today,” WKU Football Head Coach Tyson Helton said.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - WKU Lady Toppers guard Josie Gilvin has transferred to Kentucky. The junior guard announced on Instagram her commitment to the Wildcats. Gilvin had a breakout year for the Tops, averaging around 13 points and 6 rebounds a game, while being one of the best defenders in conference USA, getting nearly three steals a game. Gilvin broke the WKU record and tied the Conference USA record for most steals in a game with 11.

Share INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WBKO) - The WKU Volleyball team will be traveling to Lexington and facing Minnesota in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. The Hilltoppers will take on the No. 6 seed Minnesota Golden Gophers on Thursday, Dec. 5th with first serve set for 3:30 p.m. CT. at the Historical Memorial Coliseum in Lexington, Ky. WKU and Minnesota have only met once before with the advantage going to the Golden Gophers, 1-0.
