CLEVELAND — New jobs are coming to Cleveland's east side after Miceli Dairy Products broke ground on a $13 million expansion on Thursday. The family-owned and Cleveland-based cheese seller based in the Buckeye Woodland neighborhood said the investment is towards a cold storage expansion that will create 50 new jobs. The project will increase the company's production capacity and include the redevelopment of the former Gray Barrel site at 2800 East 90th Street into a dry storage facility.

CLEVELAND — The criminal case against East Cleveland Mayor Brandon King is now in the hands of a jury. The city's suspended chief executive faces a dozen felony and misdemeanor charges, including theft in office and having an unlawful interest in a public contract. On Wednesday, both sides gave their closing arguments before jurors began deliberating around 2 p.m. They left the Cuyahoga County Justice Center roughly two hours later without a verdict.

MEDINA, Ohio — Police in Medina are asking for the public's help in locating a man who is accused of attempting to abduct a 10-year-old boy from the playground area of the Forest Meadow Apartments. According to officials, the attempted abduction happened at around 4:50 p.m. on Monday afternoon. A father called and told Medina police that he was playing with his three kids when things got scary.

CLEVELAND — Just days after Cleveland Clinic announced its new policy that will require copays to be paid upfront, many patients are feeling frustration. 3News spoke to a man today that says he'll have to pay nearly $500 in copays next month along. "In my opinion, it's making the Cleveland Clinic look like patient care is secondary and finances are first," said 69-year-old Frank Bianchi.
