Nearly a week after Little Loaf Bakeshop’s packed opening, a steady stream of customers poured into the newly renovated, light-filled space. The parking lot was overflowing and every table inside was occupied. Little Loaf, which opened Jan. 24 on Main Street in New Paltz, isn’t just selling vegan pastries and meals, but a message: Everyone is welcome and free to be who they are.
