    OLEAN — The Cattaraugus County Health Department announced Wednesday that aerial larvicide spraying has begun this week as part of ongoing mosquito control efforts. Spraying will be conducted only over wetland areas in municipalities that have opted to participate in the program, which include Allegany, Carrollton, Great Valley, Hinsdale, Olean, Portville and Salamanca, officials reported.
