A measles-infected Denver resident potentially exposed shoppers at a Windsor King Soopers on May 31. The individual, who was vaccinated, was also present at a Trader Joe's in Denver on May 29 and a Glendale Target on June 2. Colorado health officials advise monitoring for measles symptoms, especially for unvaccinated individuals. Shoppers at a grocery store in Windsor might have been exposed to measles the morning of May 31, the state and county health departments said in news releases.
