A measles-infected Denver resident potentially exposed shoppers at a Windsor King Soopers on May 31. Colorado health officials advise monitoring for measles symptoms, especially for unvaccinated individuals. Shoppers at a grocery store in Windsor might have been exposed to measles the morning of May 31, the state and county health departments said in news releases.
