Fort Collins dentist Ryan Ulibarri has been sentenced to 41 months in federal prison for tax evasion. Ulibarri hid over $5 million in income from the IRS using an illegal tax shelter, resulting in more than $1.6 million in unpaid taxes. A judge ordered Ulibarri pay a $150,000 fine and $1.6 million in restitution to the IRS and Colorado Department of Revenue.

Larry Baker, 80, left his Fort Collins home the morning of June 16 and did not return. Baker's vehicle was found at Watson Lake State Wildlife Area west of Laporte. The search for Baker is ongoing. Anyone in the Watson Lake area June 16 or 17 who may have seen Baker is asked to call the sheriff's office at 970-498-5360. Larimer County emergency services personnel are searching for a missing Fort Collins man whose vehicle was found near Watson Lake.

Larimer County investigators say three men have been arrested for responding to online advertisements to solicit sexual acts from undercover law enforcement officers posing as minors. Larimer County Sheriff's Office investigators conducted an operation the week of June 9 where investigators "posed as minors selling sexual acts on local websites and forums," according to a June 13 news release.
