FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas fans might be a tad confused to hear former Texas wide receiver Johntay Cook will be in Fayetteville visiting Sam Pittman's Razorbacks Thursday. After all, the SEC transfer portal rules say no SEC player can transfer to another SEC program in the spring window. Cook clearly had 137 yards and a pair of touchdowns heading into the second week of SEC play in early October, so it doesn't seem possible that Arkansas could be an option.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Arkansas Razorbacks are set to welcome Little Rock to Baum-Walker Stadium and it may not be the best time to do so. In addition to being the only in-state team to take down the Hogs, the Trojans were on an eight-game winning streak, including a win at Ole Miss, before that streak ended with an 8-6 loss against Western Illinois Saturday. Little Rock stunned Arkansas, 17-7, the first time the two teams played in 2019.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Penn. — For one full weekend, because of a glitch in SEC scheduling that caused one team to sit out the championship meet at the end of the season, No. 16 Arkansas was the only team in the nation not allowed to compete in gymnastics. The Razorbacks had to sit helplessly as other teams and individuals got to enhance their national qualifying scores while Arkansas could do nothing but potentially watch them breeze right on by. It wasn't because of a lack of trying.
