CLINTON, Iowa (KWQC) - The Clinton Lumberkings all but clinched the first half crown in the Northwest Division with a doubleheader sweep of the Burlington Bees. Clinton needed to come from behind in game one, to grab a 4-3 win in opener of the double dip. DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - It took a little bit of everything, including a tenth inning rally, but the River Bandits make it two in a row to start the second half. The Quad Cities and Lansing both could only manufacture a run a piece in the first nine inning, but in the tenth, it turned into an offensive explosion. Lansing started the extra inning off by scoring two in the top of the inning, but a Chris Brito fielder’s choice scored the third and game winning run for the River Bandits.
