NBC10 BostonBoston police are searching for two suspects in an assault and battery in the city's Beacon Hill neighborhood Friday night. Police said the assault was reported just before 10 p.m. near 150 Charles Street. Responding officers spoke with the victim, who said the suspects fled West Cedar Street. One suspect was described as a male in his 20s with a skinny build, wearing all black. The second was described as a male in his late 20s wearing a grey beanie. The investigation is ongoing.

More than 100 teachers at Tufts University will go on strike beginning Monday. This comes after 10 months of failed contract negotiations. This is a 2-day strike, with a rally slated to start at 10 a.m. Monday. Full-time lecturers at Tufts say they're hitting the picket line, looking for a 3.5% annual raise, a cost-of-living adjustment and a reduction in workload.

Two people were seriously injured in a double stabbing Sunday night in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Stoughton police tell NBC10 Boston that officers responded to a disturbance on Page Terrace and found two people who had been stabbed. Both were taken to hospitals with serious injuries, police said. Their names have not been released. There was no immediate word on any suspect, and no arrests have been announced, but police said they do not believe there is any danger to the community at this time.
