NBC10 BostonBoston police are searching for two suspects in an assault and battery in the city's Beacon Hill neighborhood Friday night. Police said the assault was reported just before 10 p.m. near 150 Charles Street. Responding officers spoke with the victim, who said the suspects fled West Cedar Street. One suspect was described as a male in his 20s with a skinny build, wearing all black. The second was described as a male in his late 20s wearing a grey beanie. The investigation is ongoing.

More than 100 teachers at Tufts University will go on strike beginning Monday. This comes after 10 months of failed contract negotiations. This is a 2-day strike, with a rally slated to start at 10 a.m. Monday. Full-time lecturers at Tufts say they're hitting the picket line, looking for a 3.5% annual raise, a cost-of-living adjustment and a reduction in workload.

Four years after being attacked on Jan. 6, 2021, a former Capitol Police officer living in Boston is reacting to the release of hundreds charged in the riot. Hours after taking office Monday, President Donald Trump issued pardons to about 1,500 people and commuted the sentence of 14 others accused of crimes at the Capitol that day. Winston Pingeon says the pardons are unbelievable, but not shocking. He's still processing the trauma four years later.
