CLEVELAND (WJW) — FOX 8’s own Wayne Dawson is sharing his journey through cancer, describing it as both a fight and a test of faith. The longtime morning show anchor has been open about his battle, providing updates to viewers and receiving an outpouring of support from Northeast Ohio. Dawson was first diagnosed after discovering a small abnormality in his mouth. Initially dismissed as minor, it was later confirmed to be cancer following a biopsy.
