KX News has confirmed that two of the four declared candidates — Josiah Roise and acting Mayor Mark Jantzer — have submitted the necessary signatures to the city clerk’s office. According to City of Minot spokesperson Jennifer Kleen, both candidates turned in more than the required 300 signatures as of this afternoon.
