SIOUX FALLS — Devils Lake’s impressive Dakota Classic run came to an end in Monday’s semifinals. After beating the No. 1 seed the night prior, the No. 8 seed Storm played a 9 a.m. game at Sanford Sports Complex. They ran into a quality Papio South team, seeded No. 5 in the eight-team championship bracket. Devils Lake (6-6) lost 4-0, struggling to rally against a tough right-hander in Jackson Willer. Hunter Remmick struggled early but ended up going six solid innings in the loss.
