ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED HARASSMENT INCIDENTApril 16, 2025 10:00 a.m. Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged harassment incident on Tuesday. An RPD report said at 12:05 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance at Goodwill in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. A clerk at the business was allegedly hit in the face by a patron because she didn’t have a small bag to give him. The 55-year-old was contacted and admitted to the incident.

April 15, 2025 10:30 a.m. Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Tuesday morning. An RPD report said at 7:50 a.m. a 38-year-old was contacted because she was camping in a restricted area in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. Her camp was reportedly surrounded by trash. She was released after her citation was issued.
