An RPD report said just before 9:00 a.m. officers responded to the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard after multiple callers said a woman was standing in the road, impeding traffic, and trying to hit vehicles. Officers found the 63-year-old still in the roadway.

May 1, 2025 10:10 a.m. Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Wednesday. An RPD report said at 3:45 p.m. officers contacted the 59-year-old in the 2900 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard regarding him trespassing on the property. The man had reportedly been advised numerous times of trespass by officers. He was detained on $1,250 bail.

ROSEBURG POLICE CITE WOMAN FOR ALLEGED THEFT INCIDENTApril 30, 2025 9:40 a.m. Roseburg Police cited a woman for an alleged theft incident early Wednesday morning. An RPD report said at 12:30 a.m. said at 12:30 a.m. officers contacted the 27-year-old in the 900 block of West Elaine Avenue regarding an ongoing RPD investigation. The woman admitted to using a victim’s phone to steal $150 via Cash App. She was cited for second-degree theft and computer crimes. The woman was released without incident.

April 30, 2025 9:30 a.m. Roseburg Police cited a man for driving while suspended or revoked, early Wednesday. An RPD report said at 1:30 a.m. officers stopped the 25-year-old for a traffic violation in the 2600 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Officers learned the man’s driver license was suspended at the misdemeanor level. The man had a family member with a valid driver license drive the vehicle off scene.

ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR WARRANTApril 30, 2025 9:20 a.m. Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a warrant on Tuesday night. An RPD report said at approximately 7:15 p.m. officers contacted the 38-year-old in the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, regarding a warrant that was out for her arrest. The warrant had been issued out of the Roseburg Municipal Court for failure to appear on a criminal prohibited camping charge. She was taken into custody and detained on $11,250 bail.

ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR REPORTED CRIMINAL TRESPASSApril 23, 2025 10:00 a.m. Roseburg Police jailed a woman for reported criminal trespass on Monday. An RPD report said at 8:00 a.m. the 35-year-old was contacted because he was camping under a no trespass sign on private property and in a restricted area for camping near Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. His camp was surrounded by trash and other personal items. The man had four prior prohibited camping convictions.

April 21, 2025 9:50 a.m. Roseburg Police charged a man with harassment following an alleged incident on Sunday morning. An RPD report said officers developed probable cause after an investigation stemming from a disturbance in the 500 block of Northeast Clover Avenue. At 9:00 a.m. the 31-year-old was arrested after the victim reported that the suspect had grabbed her breast so hard that it bruised her. Bail was set at $2,500.

ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED HARASSMENT INCIDENTApril 16, 2025 10:00 a.m. Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged harassment incident on Tuesday. An RPD report said at 12:05 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance at Goodwill in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. A clerk at the business was allegedly hit in the face by a patron because she didn’t have a small bag to give him. The 55-year-old was contacted and admitted to the incident.
