DiscussionThis qualitative study provides an in-depth exploration of children and their families’ experience of living with CBS. Overall, participants described mostly negative experiences, where hallucinations had caused considerable upset with long-standing residual effects. Perspectives on the quality of healthcare and support that had been received were largely considered suboptimal.
