    LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — 200 athletes participated in the 2025 Southern Nevada Unified Championships Schools bowling tournament hosted by Special Olympics Nevada on Wednesday. The event, which took place at Sunset Station’s Strike Zone Bowling Alley in Henderson, aimed to unite those with and without intellectual disabilities as teammates. Dominique Christion, director of school initiatives for Special Olympics Nevada, said the participants were all geared up to play.
