The farmers market’s grand opening is this Saturday, May 31, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., between Chick-Fil-A and Chili’s at Chicago Ridge Mall, 9600 S. PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — The passenger of a vehicle stopped for multiple traffic violations was arrested after loose guns were found inside the vehicle, reports said. Abdulhadi K. Abu Khadeeja, 21, of Justice, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon. Just after 8:30 p.m. May 11, a Palos Heights police officer stopped a vehicle for multiple traffic violations near 119th Street and Harlem Avenue.
