SEATTLE — Seattle police are on the lookout for a fugitive who escaped custody Sunday morning at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). According to a SEA spokesperson, Port of Seattle Police were notified around 11 a.m. of a fugitive escape at the airport. SEATTLE — The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Washington is suing the Trump administration over its efforts to eliminate Head Start services nationwide. The federally funded Head Start program provides childcare and family support, but its regional office overseeing Washington and three other states was shuttered, placing six federal employees on leave until June.
