SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – One month after Kristen Sharkey left to become the head coach at Buffalo, Felisha Legette-Jack has filled her position. SU has hired Natasha Adair as the team’s new associate head coach. Adair comes to Syracuse with 15 years of head coaching experience. She spent the past three years running the program at Arizona State. Her previous head coaching stops included time at Georgetown, Delaware, and the College of Charleston.

DES MOINES, I.A. (WSYR-TV) – For the first time in a month, the Syracuse Mets have won three games in a row. After sweeping a doubleheader on Wednesday, the Mets rolled past Iowa on Thursday night 12-3. Syracuse scored six runs in the first inning and five more in the second inning to blow the game wide open. The #8 and #9 hitters in the lineup did the most damage. Luke Ritter and Yonny Hernandez combined to drive in seven runs in the victory.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WSYR-TV) – All year long CJ Kirst has been called the nation’s best player in college lacrosse. Thursday night, it became official. Kirst, as expected, was named the winner of the 2025 Tewaaraton Award during a ceremony in Washington, D.C.Kirst scored 92 goals as a senior tying the all-time Division I single season record. Six of those goals came in Monday’s national title game against Maryland.
