SULLIVAN’S ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) - A man and a woman who were pulled from the water Tuesday afternoon following a report of people in distress have now died. Isle of Palms Police Department Sgt. Matthew Storen announced that the male victim died early Wednesday morning and the female victim died Tuesday evening. The Charleston County Coroner will be identifying both victims. Sullivan’s Island Fire Rescue responded at about 3:18 p.m. to Breach Inlet at the eastern end of the island.

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office has released the identities of two people who were killed in an early morning crash on Tuesday. Kyle Greene, 32, and Sara Greene, 33, of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, both died on the scene from multiple blunt force injuries, Coroner Sean Fogle says. Their child, who was also inside the vehicle, survived the crash.

WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office has made a third arrest in connection with a deadly shooting at a Hemingway apartment complex. Nelsontae’ Nyjhir Greene, 18, of Hemingway, is charged with accessory before the fact of a felony and accessory after the fact of a felony. Williamsburg County deputies arrested Greene on Tuesday. WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office has made another arrest in connection with a deadly shooting at a Hemingway apartment complex. Derrick Marquise Cantey, 30, of Columbia, is charged with voluntary manslaughter. Williamsburg County deputies arrested Cantey Tuesday morning. Dontavius McCal Mills Jr., 19, of Hemingway, was arrested and charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, Investigator Jalisa Brown said.
