Deir al-Balah, Gaza Strip — An Israeli airstrike hit the northern gate of a field hospital in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, killing a medic and wounding nine other people, a spokesman for the hospital said. The strike hit the Kuwaiti Field Hospital in the Muwasi area, where hundreds of thousands have sought shelter in sprawling tent camps. The wounded were all patients and medics, and two of the patients were in critical condition after the strike, said Saber Mohammed, a hospital spokesman.

Google says it will take its cue from the U.S. government if it has to change the names of the Gulf of Mexico and Denali on its maps. The company said Monday that it will only make changes when the government updates its official listings for the body of water and the mountain. After taking office, President Donald Trump ordered that the water bordered by the Southern United States, Mexico and Cuba be renamed to the Gulf of America.

BALTIMORE — The container ship that caused the deadly collapse of Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge was refloated at high tide this morning and began slowly moving back to port, guided by several tugboats. The Dali had been grounded at the collapse site for weeks after it lost power and crashed into one of the bridge’s supporting columns on March 26, killing six construction workers and halting most maritime traffic through Baltimore’s busy port.
