That’s what members of the South Tucson community said Thursday night as they hoped to push out the person they called “the most notorious South Tucson slumyard.”The public gathered to ask one property owner to “get out of South Tucson.” The residents said they have had enough with no one cracking down on rampant crime at the 6th Avenue Suites and Spanish Trail Apartments. Brian Bowers is the owner of those properties.

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Closing arguments have concluded, and the fate of Christopher Clements is now in the jury’s hands. The trial has been going for 11 days now. He is charged with the kidnapping and murder of Isabel Celis in Tucson in 2012. His first trial ended with a hung jury that resulted in a mistrial last year, and he is already serving a life sentence for the kidnapping and murder of Maribel Gonzalez in 2014.

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - It’s been nearly a year since a judge declared a mistrial in Christopher Clements’ murder trial for the kidnapping and death of Isabel Celis. The retrial is set to begin next week. A motion for a change of venue was denied by the judge. The judge is also taking the weekend to consider allowing certain evidence to be used in the trial. The prosecution says that evidence includes images found on secret apps within devices the prosecution says Clements had access to.
