KOLD-TV (Tucson, AZ)
KOLD-TV is a CBS-affiliated television station that broadcasts on virtual channel 13 and UHF digital channel 32 in Tucson, Arizona. It is owned by Gray Television, which also manages KMSB (channel 11), a Fox affiliate owned by Tegna Inc., and KTTU (channel 18), a MyNetworkTV affiliate owned by Tucker Broadcasting, with advertising sales handled by Tegna. All three stations share their studios located on North Business Park Drive in the northwest part of Tucson, close to the Casas Adobes area. This facility also includes the Raycom Design Group, which creates graphics for former Raycom Media stations. KOLD's transmitter is situated on Mount Bigelow, and the station operates a fill-in translator on VHF channel 13, with its transmitter located on the Tucson Mountains to the west of the city.

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A man will spend nearly four decades in prison for killing a Tohono O’odham Nation police officer. Carlos Maximilliano Galvan was sentenced to 44 years in prison during a hearing at the federal courthouse in Tucson on Wednesday, June 3. Galvan received credit for time served and will be on supervised release for five years at the end of his sentence. In February 2025, Galvan pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of Officer Bryan Brown.

GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — The man convicted of killing his girlfriend and her 4-year-old daughter in Glendale six years ago learned his punishment on Wednesday. Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell said that 30-year-old Brandon Andres Bautista Torres was sentenced to natural life in prison for the murders of 19-year-old Selina Toyos and her daughter, Aleena Bermudez. “This was a horrific and cowardly act of domestic violence that claimed two innocent lives,” Mitchell said in a statement.
