    BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — Video surveillance cameras will be installed at two entrances to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade next month, thanks to funding from Councilmember Lincoln Restler’s office.     DUMBO — The annual Photoville Festival continues at Brooklyn Bridge Park through June 22, bringing world-class photography to open-air galleries and shipping containers. The central exhibition is located at Emily Warren Roebling Plaza (under the Brooklyn Bridge at 11 Water St.), and satellite exhibits are set up at other locations citywide, including nearby DUMBO.     DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — The Federal Courthouse in Downtown Brooklyn was evacuated for hours on Thursday as FDNY, NYPD, Emergency Services and HAZMAT responded to a report of a delivery of a suspicious package containing an unknown substance. Courthouse personnel were told to just drop what they were doing and get out.
