A State College resale store is closing soon, but frequent customers won't need to travel far for their next visit. Uptown Cheapskate will close its location at 176 Rolling Ridge Drive on April 21 before moving its operations to a new storefront in downtown State College, the local franchise said in an Instagram post on Friday. The consignment shop's new location is expected to open on May 1 at 522 E. College Ave. on the first floor of the Barcroft building.
