Share KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The new week brings warmer temperatures and pleasant conditions, at least for the first half! An active weather pattern builds in for the latter part of the week with rain and storm chances. We’ll be mostly sunny to partly cloudy with windy conditions for the rest of our evening. Temperatures fall from the 60s into the 50s. A Red Flag Warnings is in effect until 8 PM for northwestern areas due to dry and windy conditions.

SUNDAY NIGHT: Rain, thunderstorms and snow chances are possible Sunday night and into Monday morning. A warm front will have lifted through the state by Tuesday morning... resulting in a mostly sunny and warm afternoon. High temperatures climb into the 60s and low 70s across the state...feelin’ very spring-like for the start of astronomical spring. Winds will be between 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph. The cold front will meander through the state for the first part of the day.... thus temperatures will range the 50s to the lower 80s. Winds will be breezy and be between 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 in the morning and slowly decrease throughout the day.
