The Farmingdale Village Business Improvement District and Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce teamed up to launch a Round-Up Campaign benefitting Long Island cancer charities. Terra closed its doors in Cold Spring Harbor before moving to the Huntington Shopping Center. The new store opened at 350 Walt Whitman Road Unit 7, on March 15. LAKE GROVE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the two men who, police said, attempted to break into a vehicle in Lake Grove in April. Two men tried to break into a vehicle parked in front of a Briarberry Court home around 8:40 p.m. April 18, police said. When the vehicle owner approached them, the suspects displayed a knife and menaced them, police said. The two men are wanted for attempted burglary and menacing, police said.
