Fall budget time is still a ways down the road, but councillors could be en route to find themselves between rocks and a hard surface. Bradford council decided April 15 to consider paving certain gravel roads as part of the 2026 budget, including Line 10 between Sideroad 5 and County Road 27, Line 4 from west of Sideroad 10 to Coffey Road, Coffey Road from Line 4 north 965 metres, and Simcoe Road from south of Canal Road to Tornado Drive. “It’s a long time coming,” said Ward 3 Coun.
