Seventeen protesters were arrested Tuesday evening as thousands gathered for downtown anti-ICE protests. Nathan Sol, 20, was charged with two counts of aggravated battery to a peace officer and 33-year-old Yoni Salgado and Johnathan Ellison, 37, were charged with a single count of aggravated battery to a peace officer, Chicago police said. Asnat Berestizhevsky, 27, was charged with felony criminal damage to government property under $500, battery and resisting an officer or aiding escape.
