ATLANTA — Noey Springer, 8, went from chanting "I kick cancer's butt every time" two years ago to wearing a shirt saying "I kicked cancer's butt" as she rang the bell, signaling the end of her cancer treatments. She rang the bell with pride at the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center in Atlanta this week. “For her age, she has the wherewithal and understanding already of what she’s going through,” said Nick Springer, Noey’s dad.
