We are appalled by the recent Instagram post by State Senator Bob Duff of Norwalk and Darien, where he shared a video comparing Hitler to former President Donald Trump. In the post, Duff wrote, “While the fascist rally starring Hitler 2.0 is ongoing at MSG, I thought this would be a good time to post this video.”Our Response: There is no appropriate time for incendiary comparisons or divisive rhetoric. Sharing content like this is unnecessary and dismissive of those whose opinions may differ.
