DENVER — The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has determined the cause of an outage last month that briefly left pilots without air traffic control communication near Denver International Airport. The FAA said in a statement that "overlapping outages to radio transmitters and circuits caused the 90-second communications interruption at the Denver Air Route Traffic Control Center on May 12." The agency said it has replaced the radio transmitters and repaired the circuits.
