DENVER — At least one person is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle in Denver Saturday night. The Denver Police Department shared on social media just after 9:15 p.m. Saturday that officers are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorist and a motorcyclist near East 11th Avenue and Lincoln Street. Police said officers are at the scene gathering information, and they advised drivers to use alternate routes. This is a developing story.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. — Jefferson County deputies want to know who left more than a dozen rabbits next to a dumpster. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said 18 domestic rabbits were left in cages by a dumpster at 15730 W. 6th Ave. Frontage Road on May 10. The sheriff's office said that includes two litters of rabbits, a few adult females and one adult male. "This isn't how responsible pet ownership works, and it's illegal," the sheriff's office wrote on social media.

DENVER — State wildlife officers have euthanized a wolf in response to the recent attacks on Colorado livestock. Colorado Parks and Wildlife said gray wolf 2405 was a member of the Copper Creek Pack in Pitkin County. They decided to kill it after determining that ranchers had experienced chronic wolf depredation despite trying all non-lethal deterrence measures and removing anything that could attract wolves.

ARVADA, Colo. — Arvada Police said on Friday they have arrested a suspect in a hit-and-run crash that killed a man in a wheelchair this month. The Arvada Police Department said officers obtained an arrest warrant Tuesday for 39-year-old Carlos Manuel Cayetano, and he was arrested without incident on Friday in the area of 58th Avenue and Lamar Street.

DENVER — Colorado health officials have confirmed a third measles case linked to an international flight that landed in Denver. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment said in a release Thursday that a second Arapahoe County resident, a vaccinated adult, has tested positive for measles. He was a passenger on Turkish Airlines flight 201, which arrived at Denver International Airport on May 13.
